New Mexico Counties, US Census, Tiger Shapefile 2010. Please use newer county boundary layer published in 2020: https://nmcdc.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=70cf87d58c4b403c80a8689d64a5e74e . The boundaries in this 2010 layer are not outdated as of 2024, however some polygon lines were drawn poorly in the shapefile so defaulting to the newer version will be more accurate.
